Management team

The founders and directors are three former members of staff at the BBC: Kevin Burden, Neil McCafferty and Nick Raistrick.

Individually and jointly, they are highly regarded in the media training sector. They have individually and collectively successfully delivered a large number of training and development projects in dozens of countries around the world, including many that have been badly affected by conflict, economic and political transition, corruption, and continuing poverty.

They are able to draw on their extensive connections within the media and development sectors to recruit other highly experienced, motivated and resilient professionals to deliver training, whatever the circumstances.
